- Communicate with customers exceptionally through chat and email
- Respond to Queries truthfully
- Convert chat interactions into successful sales by identifying customer needs
- Provide and offer products and services to customers
- Assist and Inform customers for a smooth transaction
- Be updated to current polices
- Resolves Issues and troubleshoot problems
- International Sales chat Support
- At least Senior High/High School Graduate
- With 6 months international sales call center/ chat support experience
- Proficient English communication skills, Computer Skills (MS Office), excellent organizational and people Skills.
