- Identify and qualify sales leads, capture essential customer information and assess their needs to tailor appropriate solutions.
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, an encouraging talking point or appeal to persuade potential customers.
- Explaining products and product prices.
- Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services.
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted.
- Maintaining records of customer contacts.
