The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling ALTECH’s products to new and existing customers. They will assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and handle after-sales concerns. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, the ability to build and manage customer relationships, and a deep understanding of product offerings and market trends. The role will focus on generating new leads, converting them into key accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Needs Assessment:

• Establish and identify the needs of customers by understanding their requirements and challenges.
• Recommend appropriate ALTECH products based on the assessment of customer needs, offering solutions that best meet their expectations.

Lead Generation and Account Development:

• Source new leads and customers through proactive research, networking, and outreach.
• Build and nurture new key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent business growth.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Quotation and Proposal Preparation:

• Prepare and send detailed quotations and proposals to customers based on their specific requirements and inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to discuss proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Sales Target Achievement:

• Strive to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Regularly review sales progress and adjust strategies to meet objectives and drive revenue growth.

Product Explanation and Technical Support:

• Clearly explain complex technical information related to ALTECH’s products to customers in a way that is easy to understand.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries to ensure product knowledge and satisfaction.

Customer Concerns and Resolution:

• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other teams (e.g., technical support, logistics) to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and technical teams to align sales strategies and provide a seamless experience for customers.
• Share market insights and feedback with the management team to help shape future product development and marketing initiatives.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and techniques, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in handling online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce/social media platforms is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate product benefits and technical details clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales success.
