We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to support our outbound sales efforts by maintaining a clean, organized CRM system and providing basic data insights. You’ll work closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships and Sales Managers to ensure our pipeline data is accurate, updated, and ready to drive smarter sales decisions. Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management
• Manage and update lead and contact records in Salesforce (and other CRM systems if transitioned in the future)
• Maintain CRM hygiene by updating lead statuses, correcting data inconsistencies, and removing duplicates
• Support lead assignment activities and ensure leads are properly categorized and followed up
• Assist in uploading new leads provided by the Sales Managers into the CRM
Sales Data Support
• Generate and maintain basic lead, opportunity, and pipeline reports using predefined templates
• Analyze CRM data to identify gaps, inactive leads, duplicate entries, and opportunities for clean-up
• Provide simple summaries or observations from CRM data to support sales team performance reviews
Sales Operations Support
• Ensure outbound activities are properly logged and tracked in the CRM
• Help prepare clean and updated CRM reports for sales meetings and pipeline reviews
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred; open to learning other CRM
platforms)
• Familiarity with sales processes and CRM data management
• Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets) for basic analysis and reporting
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining database quality
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and data inconsistencies
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
