Description

  • Lead and manage sales operations in the racking and forklift product line
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Develops new business, identifies, and sells to customer needs, translates product features into customer benefits
  • Responsible for new business development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing sales

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Team Leadership and Sales Target Achievement Familiarity with various types of industrial racking (e.g., pallet racking, drive-in, cantilever) and forklift operations
  • Proficient in sales forecasting, strategic planning, and market analysis Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales team or territory effectively
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, warehouses, and trade events as required
