Description
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop sales strategies and forecasts.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Train and mentor sales staff.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales progress.
- Manage client relationships, generate leads, present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and oversee sales activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer relationship management, strong communication, lead generation, presentation, negotiation, sales management, and relationship building.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, goal-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
