Description
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them excel
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through proactive prospecting and networking
- Negotiating and closing sales contracts with healthcare providers and facilities
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Analyzing sales data and providing regular reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in MEDICAL EQUIPMENT or healthcare sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry and the latest trends and developments in medical equipment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or healthcare administration
