Description

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in sales strategy and management, key account management, and exceptional organization skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team to meet targets.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings and events.
