Position Objective:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and offering tailored IT solutions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of market trends and client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Analysis
· Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
Lead Generation and Client Engagement
· Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and industry events.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Solution Selling
· Collaborate with technical teams to offer IT solutions tailored to client needs, including enterprise software and platforms.
· Effectively present solutions, demonstrating expertise in tools like Microsoft Office365 and other IT platforms.
Bid and Proposal Management
· Draft and submit compelling proposals, ensuring they align with client expectations.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive offerings.
Revenue and Target Management
· Meet or exceed sales quotas while maintaining profitability.
· Manage a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking progress toward quarterly and annual goals.
Post-Sales Support
· Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to project implementation teams.
· Address client concerns promptly to maintain a high level of service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years in business development or sales, preferably in IT services.
Skills:
· Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
· Familiarity with IT solutions such as Microsoft D365 and Azure.
· Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
· Knowledge of IT infrastructure, licensing, and product management.
· Experience in contract management and solution selling.
