Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Metro Manila. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and presenting product solutions to potential clients. The role includes developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the electrical, electronics, mechanical, or automation industry
• Strong understanding of intelligent building and automation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of the local market in Metro Manila is a plus
