Description
- Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and support.
- Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions.
- Prepare and respond to customer inquiries and requirements.
- Conduct product training for clients and sales representatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements
- Graduate of any Engineering course (Electrical, Electronics and Communications, Mechanical, Instrumentation)
- Must have knowledge in after sales
- Possess good communication skills
- Knowledgeable in making PowerPoint presentation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Building Management System or a similar position in the Sales Department.
