Description
- Support sales teams, coordinate training, manage client relationships, and conduct market analysis.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Manage and update sales databases and records.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
- Communicate with clients and address their inquiries promptly.
- Support marketing efforts and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales coordination or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce, sales support, training, management, negotiation, and competitor analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
