Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help drive product visibility and customer satisfaction. This role blends administrative support, customer-facing responsibilities, and creative design tasks—making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and visually savvy.


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and order management, ensuring clear and timely responses.
  • Help maintain organized sales records, customer databases, and generate reports as needed.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials—preparing visuals, presentations, and advertisements using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Coordinate with both marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product presentation and delivery.
  • Ensure consistency in brand visuals and help design eye-catching layouts for ads.


Unlike a typical retail-focused Sales Assistant, this position merges operational efficiency with creative design responsibility. You will empower both internal teams and customers through administrative precision and engaging visuals—making you an indispensable part of our sales success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications) strongly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Effective collaborator—able to work well within a team.
  • Experienced in creating and editing promotional materials (ads, visual content, layouts). Familiarity with design platforms like Canva or Adobe Express is a plus.
  • Comfortable multitasking and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
