  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide excellent service.
  • Manage inventory and restock shelves as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the register.

  • Support sales team in achieving targets and goals.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
  • Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, attention to detail, excellent communication, and coordination skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required.
