Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze sales data to improve performance and optimize resources.
- Create marketing materials and presentations for potential clients.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales support, social media management, and customer relationship management. Strong relationship building and lead generation skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, manage sales processes, and support customer engagement initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, team player, and creative problem solver.
