Development of marketing plan for the hospital including analysis of the market, products/services, communication channel and price in order to achieve company objectives.
Conceptualize the design, layout and content of social media platforms.
Develop monitoring and evaluation of all digital campaigns.
Plan and manage the social media platforms in coordination with other Sections/Departments.
Regularly monitor and analyze business results and proactively develop tactical and strategic plans in collaboration with other Departments with the objective to further improve the performance or close the gap.
Continuously evolve the communication channel and content strategy through data analysis.
Prepare presentation, corporate letters and marketing materials as needed.
Develop standardized marketing practices and procedures, and specific advertising and PR plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Increase organizational awareness through marketing initiatives.
Provide support in the implementation of hospital projects.
Manage the preparation and publication of newsletter and oversee distribution.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth including the latest trends and technologies in healthcare.
Submit regular and ad hoc reports per agreed timeline.
Prepare and manage annual marketing budget.
Perform other task that maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements

Must be a graduate of any four year course, preferably Marketing course.
Must have at least 3 years experience in marketing field, preferably leading the marketing team.
With excellent skills in marketing strategy.
With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
In-depth knowledge of SEO and social medial platforms including understanding of algorithms, analytics and best practices for optimization, engagement and growth.
Knowledgeable in video creation and editing.
