    • Requirements

    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly present products and build rapport with customers.
    • Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade and negotiate, closing sales while keeping customers’ best interests in mind.
    • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

    • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tracking tools, and other relevant technologies.

    • Experience: Previous sales experience is often preferred, though some companies may provide training.
