Description
- Represent Swoogaw Power Equipment and expand market share in the construction industry.
- Forge strong relationships with potential clients to showcase our generator sets Negotiate and close deals, ensuring satisfactory terms for both parties.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, upholding our brand's reputation.Analyze local market trends to inform sales strategy and outreach.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to guarantee timely distribution.
Requirements
- Job Title: Agent/Distribution Sales Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School degree required. Further education in sales, business, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience Level: Seeking candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in agent/distribution roles.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong negotiation abilities Creative problem-solving skills Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software Keen attention to detail Experienced in customer relationship management Proven track record in outside sales Excellent command of the English language Strong relationship-building skills Sales management expertise
- Working Conditions: The role involves a combination of office duties and outside sales activities, requiring travel and direct interaction with clients.
- Qualities and Traits: Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, are adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Preferably residing around Manila having a means of transportation like a motor or car is a plus (for visitation to site purposes)
