Description

  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential corporate clients through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and guide them through the sales funnel to close high-value deals.
  • Present and communicate the value proposition of our corporate gifting solutions in a persuasive and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression using CRM software.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in e-commerce, corporate gifting, or related industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in cold outreach, lead generation, and closing sales.
  • Familiarity with the Australian business market or experience working with Australian clients is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive style.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities effectively.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to success.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for sales tracking and client management (Klaviyo experience is a bonus).
  • Skilled in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
