Description
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement safety training programs.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting findings.
- Maintain safety records and reports for management.
- Promote a culture of safety across the organization.
- Collaborate with other departments on safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in safety management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Risk Assessment, Occupational Health and Safety protocols, and Quality Management systems.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct safety audits, develop safety policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork; may require physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards safety.
