Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-sensitive Risk Control Operations professional to join our rapidly growing trading platform. This role will focus on user behavior analysis, liquidity monitoring, and the execution of risk control rules, identifying high-risk activities on the platform such as arbitrage, wash trading, and manipulation. You will assist in optimizing risk control processes and execution efficiency to ensure the platform operates safely, steadily, and in compliance.

You will be directly involved in the establishment of risk control processes, data analysis, and risk control execution, working closely with product, data, and operations teams to implement risk control mechanisms in the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily monitoring and early warning of key risk control indicators on the platform, identifying activities such as volume manipulation, agent fee wash trading, and abnormal profit and loss.
• Track and analyze user behavior data to identify potential risky accounts, and advance the development of user profiling and tiered handling mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the data team to build risk control dashboards and promote the implementation of standardized data systems.
• Monitor cryptocurrency liquidity data, market fluctuations, and significant price volatility, assisting in the formulation of early warning logic.
• Work collaboratively with product and operations teams to continuously optimize the reward system, position limit mechanisms, and blacklist strategies.
• Follow up on the implementation effectiveness of various risk control strategies, continuously optimizing monitoring logic and response efficiency.
• Support the handling of emergency incidents and responses, including abnormal trading investigations and post-incident reviews.

• Shift work system, accommodating night and holiday risk control duty requirements (remote work supported)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in risk control, trading operations, or data analysis in cryptocurrency exchanges or quantitative teams
• Familiar with the business logic of major exchanges, and understand order books, matching, market making, contract leverage mechanisms, etc.
• Proficient in SQL / Excel / BI tools; basic knowledge of Python is a plus
• Possess user sensitivity and risk control intuition, able to identify potential risky behaviors and arbitrage strategies
• Strong cross-team communication skills, able to drive project collaboration to fruition
• Self-driven, with strong resilience, able to adapt to a fast-paced, information-dense startup environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in configuring actual risk control scripts or maintaining risk control strategies is preferred
• Familiar with mainstream exchange risk control systems or monitoring mechanisms
• Experience in handling high concurrency and late-night volatility risk control responses is preferred
