Position Overview:The Rider Onboarding Staff is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end onboarding process of driver-partners. This includes verifying application documents, activating accounts, managing gear inventory, and ensuring compliance with LTFRB requirements. The role supports both onsite and offsite work, assists walk-in applicants, and coordinates with internal teams such as Mobility, Training, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance. Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach are essential in ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Verification and Activation (Onsite and Offsite)- Facilitate the verification and activation of driver-partner accounts during both onsite and offsite acquisition events by ensuring all submitted documents are complete and valid.
- Assist walk-in applicants by reviewing and validating submitted requirements to ensure compliance with onboarding standards.
- Communicate clearly with applicants whose submissions were rejected, providing detailed instructions on how to resolve issues and complete their onboarding process.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Mobility and Training teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Administrative Tasks- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all driver-partner applications, ensuring their status is consistently monitored and reflected in internal systems.
- Regularly update internal trackers used by the team to monitor application progress and operational metrics.
- Manage and track inventory of driver-partner gear, ensuring accurate counts and timely replenishment.
- Provide support to driver-partners in updating vehicle information and other relevant details in the app.
LTFRB-Related Tasks- Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted PA/CPC (Provisional Authority / Certificate of Public Convenience) applications.
- Address inquiries related to PA/CPC processes from both current and prospective driver-partners.
- Proactively provide updates to applicants through various communication channels (e.g., email, SMS, phone) regarding the status of their applications.
- Stay informed and updated on relevant LTFRB regulations, guidelines, and announcements to ensure accurate information dissemination.
Finance-Related Tasks- Review and validate billing reports to ensure all processed applications are correctly encoded.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to confirm payment of PA/CPC fees prior to processing or verifying applications.
- Ensure alignment between onboarding activities and financial documentation to support accurate reporting and auditing.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration- Assist the Customer Service Department in handling LTFRB and compliance-related concerns.
- Partner with the Mobility and Training teams during activation events to ensure a streamlined onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the Mobility team for gear distribution during acquisition activities and events.
- Provide regular updates to the Mobility and Procurement teams on gear inventory levels and availability.

- Perform other related duties as assigned, whether communicated verbally or in writing, to support the efficient operation of the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- No bachelor’s degree required — we welcome applicants from all educational backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems and processes.
- Experience in customer-facing or administrative roles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is not required but considered a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working onsite and participating in offsite events when needed.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in onboarding, recruitment, or document verification processes.
- Familiarity with LTFRB-related documentation or transport compliance is a plus.
- Ability to manage and track inventory or supplies.
- Basic data entry or report generation skills.
- Prior experience coordinating with multiple departments or stakeholders.
