Japanese Community Operations

【Main Responsibilities】

1. SNS Operations: Plan Twitter content for the community based on trending topics in the Japanese cryptocurrency space to build brand trust.

2. Community Management: Maintain and manage the Telegram community, enhance community engagement, and guide discussions.

3. Event Planning: Execute event planning in collaboration with partners, development teams, and KOLs, designing engaging activities such as community AMAs, anniversary draws, and study sessions.

【Qualifications】

1. 1-3 years of SNS operations experience in Japan, with a deep understanding and practical experience in SNS.

2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese, business-level proficiency in Chinese, and strong team communication skills.

3. High empathy skills, adept at guiding users to express their needs.

4. Interest in knowledge and business in the cryptocurrency field.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience hosting Japanese AMAs or live streams.

2. Experience in building Telegram communities.

Community Operations Manager

【Main Responsibilities】

1. Social Media Management: Plan content for Twitter based on trends in the Japanese cryptocurrency market to enhance brand credibility.

2. Community Management: Operate and manage the Telegram community to create an engaging atmosphere and facilitate discussions on token trading and pricing topics.

3. Event Planning: Accept event planning requests from partners, development teams, and influencers, and organize activation events such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), anniversary lotteries, and workshops.

【Required Skills and Experience】

1. 1 to 3 years of experience managing social media in Japan, with a deep understanding and practical experience in social media.

2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency or higher in Chinese. High communication skills within the team.

3. Strong empathy skills and ability to identify and address user needs effectively.

4. Knowledge of and interest in cryptocurrencies and related business.

【Preferred Experience】

1. Experience hosting AMAs (Ask Me Anything) or live broadcasts in Japanese.

2. Experience in launching Telegram communities.
