Japanese Business Development (BD) (Internship/Full-time/Part-time)

【Main Responsibilities】

1. Develop resources in the Japanese contract and spot trading KOL/agent/trader community

2. Responsible for volume and registration metrics, coordinate internal and external resources to improve user conversion rates and new user registrations

【Requirements】

1. Native-level Japanese proficiency, business-level Chinese or above, strong team communication skills

2. Over 1 year of business development experience, extroverted personality, strong expression skills, able to quickly establish trust with clients

3. Strong self-motivation, execution skills, capable of continuously expanding client base, and a strong desire to earn

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience collaborating with KOLs in the Japanese spot/contract market, with ready KOL resources

Business Development for the Japanese Market

Main Responsibilities

1. Build and expand a network of influencers, agents, and trader communities related to spot trading and contract trading within Japan.

2. Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve trading volume and registration goals, enhancing user conversion rates and increasing the number of new registrants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency or higher in Chinese, with strong communication skills within the team.

2. More than one year of work experience in Japan, with an outgoing and expressive personality, and the ability to quickly build trust with customers.

3. Highly self-motivated, excellent execution skills, capable of continuously developing customers, and possessing a strong desire for financial success.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience collaborating with influencers related to spot trading or contract trading in Japan, with existing influencer resources.
