Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement market strategies and business plans for the Japanese market

Lead the marketing team in conducting consumer research and market analysis

Plan and manage integrated marketing promotion activities

Build and maintain user communities, execute social media word-of-mouth marketing

Select, train, and manage offline retail distributors

Establish an efficient customer service and after-sales support system

Monitor performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met

Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 8 years of marketing experience, including more than 3 years of management experience, outstanding leadership skills, and team collaboration spirit.

Proficient in Japanese consumer behavior and retail environment.

Familiar with the Japanese e-commerce ecosystem and social media platforms.

Fluent in Japanese and English, nationality is not restricted.

Strong team leadership and cross-cultural communication skills.

Results-oriented, with innovative thinking and strong adaptability.

Expertise in a specific sport is a plus.
