- Assist customers, maintain inventory, and provide product information.
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Achieve sales goals through effective customer engagement.
- Restock merchandise and manage inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of IT / laptop or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge, attention to detail, and analytical skills essential.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, reliable, and a team player.
