Description
- Assist in daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries
- Support inventory management and cost control
- Train and mentor staff on service standards
- Oversee health and safety regulations compliance
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager on strategic planning
- Handle reservations and manage floor activity
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, problem-solving abilities, team-oriented and proactive approach.
