Description
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene and service quality.
- Train and supervise staff to enhance performance.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop menus.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management, written and verbal communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, possibly including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
