  • Oversee and coordinate kitchen operations and dining service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure food safety, food quality, cleanliness, staff productivity, and teamwork to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales, inventory, and raw material ordering.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and care.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision, management, or a similar role preferred.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and eventually take on a full leadership role in our restaurant
