Restaurant Manager is responsible for the over-all directions of the restaurant’s team in order to achieve optimum long-term Sales and Profit, Cost Management, and by delivering Quality of food, Service, People, Cleanliness, Maintenance and Ambiance in accordance with company standard operating procedures.

  • Ensure adherence to the company’s food quality standard.
  • Drive Sales to achieve store target.
  • Do Local Store Marketing.Manpower UtilizationBuilding and Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensures delivery of Total Quality Service to Customers
  • Maintain daily adherence to the cleanliness and mise-en-place standards
  • Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Operations Report

Qualification:
  • Must be a graduate of Food, Business or Hospitality management and any related course
  • With at least 2-5 years of work experience as Restaurant Manager or Managerial role
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop team
  • With pleasing personality
