Your Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure an exceptional dining experience, and lead a high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining world-class service standards, driving revenue, and fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and service excellence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of wine and beverage pairings is a plus
