Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
Manage the recruitment process, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain communication with applicants.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.

Requirements
