Human Resources Officer

Job Description
- The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for managing human resources functions and overseeing administrative operations to support the organization’s overall efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
- Handle payroll preparation, benefits administration, and government contributions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting orientations, and facilitating training programs
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
- Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
- Prepare HR-related reports and provide support in audits and compliance checks
- Implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture
- Identify opportunities for improving HR and administrative processes
- Experience as an HR/Admin Officer or in a similar role is required.
