Description

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. They are responsible for providing professional and courteous front-desk service, managing phone calls, and supporting general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff or meeting rooms.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
  • Provide basic information about the organization to clients or customers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, especially in handling confidential information.


Requirements

  • College Graduate
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
