Description

Responsible for providing professional, efficient, and effective communication to meet the needs of the customers entering the showroom reception area.


  1. Greet and offer seats, drinks, refreshments to all incoming customers and guests in the Showroom.
  2. Welcome and greet all appointments and walk-in customers, in a friendly and professional manner, upon arrival in the Showroom.
  3. Create a positive first impression and create an engaging work environment
  4. Assist every customer and ensure they receive accurate and prompt assistance and/or guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive depending on their needs.
  5. Serve as a liaison between customers and Sales Executives, relaying relevant information accurately and promptly.
  6. Ensure that showroom customers are being attended to by their Sales Executive.
  7. Answer the local phone in Showroom reception and ensure that the post is manned when going on breaks to avoid abandoned and missed calls.
  8. Assist in scheduling and confirming test drive appointments daily as well as the time they arrived and ensure they are being attended to by the Sales Executive.
  9. Strive to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing Sales reception customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  10. Assist to check reading materials (e.g. newspapers, magazines), price list, and other sales collaterals are up-to-date and in place.
  11. Identify the number of daily walk-ins for Sales reception.
  12. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the Sales Executive.
  13. Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 2 years of reception experience in an automotive dealership or equivalent.
  • Must have a pleasing personality. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and a warm, approachable presence to create a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
