  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintaining databases and filing systems.
  • Taking meeting minutes and transcribing notes.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, communications) can be beneficial/advantage.

-Experience in office administration, secretarial work, or as a personal assistant is highly valued.

-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

-Accuracy and attention to detail

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Willing to start ASAP.
