  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Receptionist
  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk support, MS Office, scheduling, time management, data entry, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Must exhibit discretion.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering calls, managing schedules, assisting clients, and maintaining records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, typical 9-5 hours, may require occasional extended hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
