Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Alveo Land with focus projects in Alabang, Vermosa and Southmont Estate. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading a sales team, conducting market research, and devising sales strategies to promote Alveo Land properties.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field

2. With at least 5-10 years of experience in the real estate industry

3. Customer focused, goal oriented and well networked

4. Well versed in the high end market segment serving the AAA market

6. Preferably with US Visa for international roadshows

7. Being a Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage

8. Must have a sales managerial background in Real Estate to be considered
