  • Land acquisition
  • Project conceptualization and planning
  • Project implementation
  • Project close-out
  • Management of the commercial aspects of the project
  • In-charge of monitoring all project progress and controlling of costs.
  • Will also monitor and supervise the progress of the permits and licensing of all projects.
  • In-charge of controlling, filing and safe keeping of related and key documents to make sure they are intact given that the life cycle of each project lasts an average of 5 years.
  • 3-5 Years experience in Real-Estate Project Development
  • Graduate of any course i.e. Business Management, Finance or Accounting
  • Shows excellent skills in coordinating with respective stakeholders of the project
  • Exudes leadership skills
  • Highly proficient in financial analysis, market research and project planning
  • Good communication, Presentation and Organizational skills
