• Responsible for ensuring that the assigned reachtruck, spare batteries and its charger are always checked and monitored.

         a. See to it that appropriate turnover of reachtruck to next shift was done thru checklist and signed by shift supervisor.

         b. Report and alert shift supervisors on any defects/error found on reachtruck, spare batteries and charger units.

• Accountable and liable in monitoring/checking of Warehouse Zoning Plan for FG/PM.
• Responsible in staging FG/PM for delivery, transfer and issuance.

         a. Avoid picking FG without tick mark of warehouse clerk.

         b. Ensure that WIT and PM pallet tag is documented thru rack location tag.

• Responsible in moving the items with proper handling procedures to ensure that FG and PM will not get damage.
• Actively communicate with Supervisors and Dispatchers to effectively handle FG/PM and notify them of problems.
• See to it that proper stacking/pilling of FG/PM is according to warehousing standards.
• Conduct weekly audit of FG condition in YB Racking Area.

• At least 1 year experience in Reachtruck Operation
• With NCII Certificate in HEO (Forklift)
• With valid professional driver's license
