Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in RCM, Revenue Cycle Management, Healthcare BPO, Accounts Receivable, and AR Healthcare processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely follow-up on accounts.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, fast-paced atmosphere.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
