Description

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
  • Analyze project documents to ascertain costs and risks.
  • Manage subcontractor payments and invoices.
  • Conduct value engineering and cost analysis.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Hardware Engineering, AutoCAD, and CAD software.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with site visits; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
