Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and quantity take-off for mechanical works (HVAC, piping, and related systems). Ensures accuracy in cost planning, reporting, and project monitoring to support efficient execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course
  • With experience in mechanical works (HVAC, piping, etc.)
  • Skilled in cost estimation and quantity take-off
  • Proficient in MS Excel/AutoCAD
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
