Description
- Conduct cost analysis for construction projects
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets
- Manage contracts and procurement processes
- Monitor project expenditures and financial performance
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Provide advice on legal and contractual matters
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements
- Graduate of Industrial, Architecture or Civil Related Course
- At least 1 year experience in Construction as Quantity Surveyor
- Experience with fabrication drawings, material specifications, and project cost control methods.
- Verbal and written communication, including active listening for determining client needs, communicating them to the construction crew and preparing reports
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay
