PureSound Society is currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Freelance Creator Manager. You will play a vital role in recruiting and managing live streamers and content creators.

Note: Given the global distribution of the company's leadership and team, candidates will need to have a working level of English communication. This position is remote, freelance, and pays bi-weekly.

Job Description

• Talent Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and guide outstanding live streamers and content creators.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Training and Development: Provide training and resources to support creators' skill development and audience growth.
• Content Review: Conduct regular reviews to ensure creators’ content meets quality standards and adheres to company guidelines.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the agency's and creators' social media presence, creating engaging and consistent communication with the audience.
• Community Building: Develop a collaborative and active community among creators.
