Quality Assurance

Job scope:

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for our voice robots.
• Identify, record, document, and track issues.
• Maintain high-level communication with the team on test results.
• Be accountable for the final assessment of the voice bot and make sure of its qualifying before going live.
• Continuously improve the testing sequence and process where possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
• ideally having 3 years of experience as QA in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Strong problem-identification and solving skills.
• Result oriented.
• Collaborative and can multi-task on a number of priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking and good at task management with attention to detail.
• Language requirements: Tagalog And English.
