- 在当地有具有广泛的现货渠道及KOL人脉渠道资源,了解本地各类交易所市场及用户分布情况。
- 对数据敏感,有狼性管理基因与方法论,强目标与结果导向。
- 事业型驱动,有良好的沟通能力与协作精神。
- 英语具有商务洽谈水平。
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and refine localized business strategies and tactics for the target country or region to drive the achievement of company business goals.
- Expand local spot trading and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships and business relationships to ultimately drive C-end user growth through B-end strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of various local online and offline marketing activities, ensuring alignment with global market branding initiatives.
- Build and manage the local team, ensuring the achievement of overall revenue or ROI targets.
- Assist in the enhancement of the company’s various business products.
Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in the industry, with proven experience in building and managing national-level teams.
- Extensive local networks in spot trading channels and KOL resources, with a deep understanding of the local exchange market and user distribution.
- Strong data sensitivity, a driven management style with a focus on goals and results.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and strong collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in English for business negotiations.
