We are seeking an experienced Web3 backend engineer with a focus on smart contract development to provide robust backend support for our blockchain projects. The candidate is required to possess strong skills in smart contract writing, be familiar with mainstream blockchain technologies, and have some Java development experience to support backend system development and maintenance when necessary.

Main Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts, ensuring code security, scalability, and efficiency.

* Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate blockchain with frontend applications, ensuring smooth operation of DApps.

* Optimize smart contracts to reduce Gas fees and conduct code audits to enhance security.

* Write test cases related to smart contracts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of contract logic.

* Participate in the development and maintenance of backend systems, primarily using Java to write application logic.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blockchain integration, ensuring system stability and performance.

* Stay updated on trends in the blockchain industry, continuously learning and integrating new technologies and best practices.

Job Requirements: (On-site work is preferred, remote work will also be considered)

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

* Over 4 years of coding experience, with more than 2 years of blockchain development experience, proficient in Solidity or other smart contract programming languages.

* Familiarity with mainstream blockchain networks such as Ethereum, BASE, BSC, and their development tools (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, etc.).

* Strong skills in smart contract optimization and secure coding, with knowledge of common smart contract security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

* Experience in Java development, familiar with the Spring framework, capable of independently completing backend functionality development and debugging.

* Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and fix bugs in the system.

* Familiarity with Git version control system and good code management practices.

* Good teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in DeFi, NFT, or other Web3 project development is preferred.

* Familiarity with DAO and knowledge of on-chain governance tools (e.g., snapshot) is a plus.

* Familiarity with other backend development languages (e.g., Go, Rust) is preferred.

* Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

* Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) is preferred.
