- Product development and improvement
- Product costing and analysis
- Conduct Sensory evaluation
- Perform alternative raw & packaging material evaluation
- Perform daily GMP INSPECTION (personal hygiene, facility and equipment)
- Perform RM & PM INSPECTION. During receiving and pre-production use
- Perform in-line quality control and FG quality analysis
- Monitor retention process
- Conduct inspection of products returns and perform root cause analysis
- BS IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY/ FOOD SCIENCE/ FOOD ENGINEERING
- atleast 1 year work experience in a fast paced food manufactoring company but Fresh Graduate is welcom to apply
- Has experience in product development and improvement
