Description
- Assist in procurement processes, sourcing suppliers and products.
- Manage purchase orders and track inventory levels.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases and contracts.
- Support the purchasing team in cost analysis and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in purchasing, vendor management, inventory management, and negotiation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel to vendor sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, effective problem-solving abilities, and the capacity for strategic thinking.
